Bluestone
ADR offers alternative dispute resolution options for arbitration
in Canada.
For
all Options Below Bluestone ADR will:
- Review
a number of key documents supplied by the parties
- Review
parties' briefs (length set by the option selected)
- Advise
on procedures to be followed.
- Hold a
set time oral hearing (not applicable for documents only arbitrations)
- Issue a
written binding arbitration award.
Option
A - $2500
Documents Only Arbitration - Single
Bluestone ADR will provide an experienced arbitrator for the responsibilities
as outlined above.
Option
B - $5000
Documents Only Arbitration - Panel
Bluestone ADR will provide a panel of three experienced arbitrators
(a lawyer, and two technical experts) for the responsibilities
as outlined above.
Option
C - $2500
Limited Argument Arbitration - Single Arbitrator
Bluestone ADR will provide an experienced arbitrator (a lawyer),
for the responsibilities as outlined above and who will:
- Hold a
two and one half hour oral hearing to be presented by the clients
or their lawyers.
Option
D - $10000
Limited Argument Arbitration - Panel
Bluestone ADR will provide a panel of three experienced arbitrators
(a lawyer, and two technical experts) for the responsibilities
as outlined above and who will:
- Hold a
two and one half hour oral hearing to be presented by the clients
or their lawyers.
Option
E - $500/hr
FULL Arbitration - Single Arbitrator
Bluestone ADR will provide an experienced arbitrator to:
- Assist
parties in the arbitration process and setting time lines for
the arbitration procedures.
- Be available
for pre-arbitration applications and procedural hearings
- Hold an
arbitration hearing in accordance with agreed upon procedures
(including documents, witnesses)
- Make transcription
services available (at cost).
Option
F - $1500/hr
FULL Arbitration - Panel
Bluestone ADR will provide a panel of three experienced arbitrators
(a lawyer, and two technical experts) who will do the following:
- Assist
parties in the arbitration process and setting time lines for
the arbitration procedure.
- Be available
for pre-arbitration applications and procedural hearings
- Hold an
arbitration hearing in accordance with agreed upon procedures
(including documents, witnesses)
- Make transcription
services available (at cost).
At
Bluestone ADR cost designed resolutions are an essential part
of alternative dispute resolution.
